Beyond Area 51
Area 51 is the distraction. The operational programs — OXCART, AQUATONE, HAVE BLUE — were real and declassified. What remains classified is Facility S-4, located south of the main compound, where reverse engineering of recovered non-human craft has allegedly been ongoing since the 1950s.
The Nellis Range complex covers 4,687 square miles of restricted airspace. No civilian authority exercises oversight. No inspector general has access. What happens there is known only to those with compartmentalized clearances that do not appear on any government org chart.
